How long will my consultation take?
Your consultation time will be dictated by the complexity of your condition. On average most new consultations are 30-45 minutes. At times patient’s conditions are very complex and sensitive in nature and require longer periods of time to discuss in detail. On occasions you may be offered a second appointment to discuss matters that require some time to think over options. It is a good idea to bring a family member or close friend with you to take notes and to have a second set of ears. Due to the emotional nature of some appointments it can be difficult to take information in and remember it. Feel free to come with questions written down to ask Dr Gault.
All efforts are made for you to be seen in a timely manner. We do ask that you are patient waiting for your appointment.
Payment
Consultation fees are to be settled at time of appointment. Providing you have your banking details with Medicare, we are able to process your refund from Medicare online and it will be deposited into your bank account immediately on processing.
We look forward to greeting you on arrival and helping you any way we can.
